  Went to get my usual order. Chicken bowl, somehow, someway he didn’t give me any chicken? Asked for white rice, said they didn’t know they had rice until I pointed it out on the table behind them. Guess that put the thrall worker in his lil mood and didn’t give me chicken. Idk just about baffled because I made it very clear. Place is a joke, will be going to the one by the mall from now on.

  Made a purchase online. Bought queso on the side and when I got home it less than half, mind you y he charge extra for that. I was so upset.

  I am a regular customer at Chipotle locations all across Southern California, but my recent visit to this location was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I placed an online order for my family, and multiple serious issues made the meal completely inedible and a waste of money: Food Safety Hazard: We found a hair directly inside one of the bowls. This is a major health and safety concern. Missing Paid Items: I paid extra for double protein, but I did not receive it. Severe Under-Portioning: The tacos contained only two small pieces of chicken each, and the bowls were barely half-filled. Sorry Dana Point Chipotle please work on getting better.

  Horrible customer service and attitude! I was at the chipotle July 22-2026: 7:00pm. My child gets tacos on a regular basis. We always request for a bowl instead of wrapping the tacos in foil. They fall apart and is a big mess all the time. No other location has any issues doing that in years. However, this location staff(female Hispanic lady- named as Fatima per the cashier) was extremely rude about it and told me its policy and she doesn’t make policies. Upon being spoken to rudely to, I requested for the manager. I gave him feedback that as a family friendly restaurant and being the only location who has issues to give a bowl for a child’s order, her staff is extremely rude and it’s not appreciated. His explanation was that people make bowls out of it, which made no sense at all. When asked for his name he said my card is at the front, again rudely. So I don’t even know if any one of them gave the correct names and we’re just covering for each other. It’s a big disappointment and very disturbing to be spoken soo rudely to. The staff obviously does not enjoy their work and needs serious training and help to know service industry better. I will never recommend this location or visit it again. Hope the corporate takes these feedbacks for bettering themselves.

  AFTER 2 years of not going to Chipotle I decided to visit this place not only did I regret the decision but I'll never go there again staff was rude portion sizes were served under to a point I had to pay extra to compensate for the lack of meats . Asked for Xtra cilantro which I never received the female workers there rush u through the line with no regards to service . Absolutely the worst place to buy food spent 30 dollars just to have a decent meal I give this place negative stars if I could ill never go back ... Absolutely worthless and zero effort in meal preparation.
