  Big thanks to Blake, I got a number 1 deluxe heading back home and an ingenious person decides to cut me off and every single piece of my fries fell right onto my carpet, went back and Blake managed to get me a whole new set of fries for free even thought he didn’t have to whatsoever. Thank you Blake I did not have my receipt to do a Survery so this is my only way of saying thank you

  The Chick-fil-A Crown Valley Parkway is, without question, one of the finest-run restaurants in the area. Every visit is consistently exceptional—from the quality of the food to the overall customer experience. The meals are always fresh, well-prepared, and delivered quickly, even during peak hours. What truly sets this location apart, however, is the outstanding customer service. From the front counter team to the senior managers, every staff member is professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. There is a level of attention to detail and hospitality here that is rare—and it shows in every interaction. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at this location. They don’t just serve food—they create an environment where everyone is treated like family. It’s my favorite spot in the neighborhood, and I consider myself very fortunate to have such a consistently excellent restaurant nearby. Highly recommended without hesitation!

  This is from a month ago. But I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A because of Danny. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and made me feel welcome right away. He was outside in the drive-thru. Even with everything happening, he stayed calm, professional, and efficient. He took my order quickly, got everything right, and kept the line moving smoothly. I was surprised from a kid that young working so well. I will for sure be coming back again.

  We love this chick fila location! Great indoor play place. The staff are so kind and thoughtful. They asked my daughter if she wanted to make her own ice cream. She was all smiles ❤️

  Stopped by to eat here before going to Disneyland. I noticed a difference of taste between this area and San Diego area. We left disappointed 😞 It wasn't only me, the whole group shared the same thought. But service was great as all others. 😇🫶🏼🌊☀️...🤗 Good vibes only🤙
