  Amazing experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service was exceptional, and Sophia, Anaya, and Sydney were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CAVA has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how you want it. Every ingredient tastes high quality, and there are so many healthy options that never sacrifice flavor. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean, and service is fast even during busy times. Whether you're grabbing lunch or dinner, CAVA is consistently delicious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy meal that actually tastes amazing!

  The employees at this location are so blunt and disrespectful and just treat customers with a passive attitude. For example i got a build your own bowl with half lettuce and half rice she put half a scoop of rice and I asked for a little bit more and she put barely even a teaspoon more of rice into my bowl and mind you it's not extra. Another example is for each thing that I asked for she gave me probably about half a scoop and I don't even eat that much but even that was just too little. She was doing the bare minimum that you could have asked for and if you hate your job that much then quit and get another job or treat customers with respect instead of being stingy and passive aggressive.

  I come here often and I am always welcomed and given excellent service, but today there was a female employee who truly shorted my husband and I out. We ended up paying $46 for 2 bowls and 2 drinks. Granted my husband did get extra meat, and typically spending $7.85 for double meat is fine IF they actually give you extra meat like what you’re paying for.. $46 spent at Cava isn’t the issue really, it’s more so the fact that the portions we paid extra for were not met. Yes, we should have said something as she was preparing our bowl, but we could tell she was having a bad time so we left it alone. Later, after we ate and realized truly how small the portions were, and we went back in to fill up our drinks and saw another employee who was filling the bowls to the top (like how it normally is done!). When I tell you our bowls were HALF WAY filled even with double meat, thats an understatement. Be mindful, select employees unfortunately do not give you a normal portion at this location. We left still hungry, and usually one normally portioned bowl is enough to keep us full for the whole day. Not today sadly.
