  Zion is always the best by far my favorite worker. Always have great conversations while i order and makes ordering super simple. Need more workers like Zion

  Been coming here a few times for to go. The braised lamb is always good here. Very tasty. Today I came here on Mother’s Day and Sean hooked me up. 🤤🙌🏼🙏🏼. My go to spot.

  First time here and pretty disappointed. The pita chips were the only decent thing and even those were a bit cold and a tad too salty. The soda fountain had a nice selection, but it was literally leaking water when I tried to get a root beer. Portion was meh. Maybe I’m just not used to it, but the flavor was off and the proportion of rice to veggies to sauce felt funky. The sauce was overpowering. Honestly it’s kind of a slop bowl in a not so good way. Thought this would be a healthier alternative given the higher price point. Maybe it’s an off day, but I’ll probably stick with Chipotle for my slop bowls

  We used to have mixed feelings about our experiences at this location but those bad times have all been wiped away with how amazing the team has been the last couple months. The staff now is so nice and make our bowls so good we feel the value is there! Shoutout Julia she’s so awesome, we always see her and feel welcomed instantly. It got really busy and she stays cool, calm and collected under pressure.

  I’m a Cava rewards member and I have been going to Cava faithfully since it was 1st announced! I never had any major issues. Meanwhile, last night I decided to treat my friends and kids to Cava.. I ordered through the app like I always do and as always customize everyone’s order. I drove to the Cava by my house (Laguna Niguel), with a broken left food, my friends with me and kids. I have my friend (Alex) go inside and pickup the order… He gets the order and check it and it’s missing pita bread, pita chips, and the bowls have a miniture sized portion almost as small as a Chick-fil-A mac bowl… I tell him we are missing things and can he redo the bowls please. So my friends goes back in there and he tells my friend nothing is missing and he is not going to redo anything, so my friends goes hands him the phone and he said “I’m not doing shit, I’m not redoing anything, everything is there, I don’t have time for this”. I said if you would let me finish the stuff is missing and I call out what I ordered from the app (see screenshot) and he said that is fake, I’m not doing it so I said I will just come inside. So I hop inside with all the kids and he says who are you, I said I was the one on the phone. He said “Okay, come outside then and grabs the order and starts waving things in my face and trying to explain why he is not giving me the missing stuff and remaking the bowl. I nevee in my life have been to a Cava like this! I go to Cava’s nationwide!! I don’t understand… Mind you my kids were right there and the dining room was full of people eating
