  The pizza dropped on the floor, and the guy didn’t even apologize and went to make another one and left the pizza on the floor around us the whole time.. When he came back with the new Pizza, we told him thank you - he literally ignored us and gave us attitude and left. Not a single fork or spoon in sight, and the worker was just off.

  The people working were so kind and helpful and made my experience at Pizza Hut so much better and the pizza came out wonderful

  The place is cozy and I like the hot pizza, but Carlos has a terrible attitude and gives me really bad service; the place is nice, but it has Carlos.

  I have been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for many years and have always had positive experiences at your locations across different areas. However, my recent visit to this specific location yesterday ( June 22, 2026 between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, was extremely disappointing and frankly disrespectful. As a senior citizen, I occasionally need access to a restroom. When I visited your store yesterday, I kindly requested to use the facilities, but I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from the two young staff members on duty. A young man, who claimed to be the manager, flatly refused to allow me to use the restroom. I am deeply saddened by this experience. Providing basic hospitality, especially to senior customers, should be a standard expectation for a reputable brand like Pizza Hut. The way I was treated was unacceptable and does not reflect the service I have come to expect from your company. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure that other customers, regardless of age, are treated with the respect they deserve.

  Tuve muchos problemas para pedir mi pizza , mi pedido estuvo mal pedí algo de parmesano y chile seco y no me quisieron dar. Muy mala experiencia. Aparte caro.
