    I was exited to try Dutch Bros for a long time, wanted to support them and not big green anymore. But after tasting my regular latte, I was so disappointed. My one hour drive to work was sipping sugar water, I couldn’t taste the espresso at all. I also order a banana bread loaf that I also order when I go to ⭐️ and it wasn’t as good. Sad that I experience this, one time for me is enough not to try then again.

    This location could really benefit from a manager who is directing and expediting. ~ 20 minutes for a drive through with 3 cars ahead is just disappointing

    I went around 5:20pm today. I ordered ahead of time but was 20 minutes late. When I made it to drive thru they had a bit of a line. When Gillie helped me I told him I was late and if it’ll still be fresh? He said I’ll be right back and brought out my drink a s’mores oat milk iced latte and blueberry muffin. Both were delicious. Great customer service and attentiveness to make a customers day a lot better. Rachel at the window also greeted me and was cheerful. I let her know I was just driving by and I already received my order from Gillie both of them were really sweet!! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this Dutch Bros.

    Inconsistent servings, ordered my drink with soft top and received a very minimal amount compared to my previous orders, I am a regular at this location so I came back around through the drive through expecting them to just top it off, but was rudely told that I had to pay extra for every scoop I wanted and there was nothing he could do, not the best customer service I’ve had at this location.

    My nieces rave about this place all the time, so I had to see what it was about. It was a little busy, which makes sense, since it is the 4th of July. But the wait truly was not too bad at all! And the service makes it all the more worth my time and money spent here! A special shoutout to Rachel, who helped me figure out what kind of drink I wanted, landing on a sugar free mocha with hazelnut and that delicious cold foam! She was truly a delight, and sets a perfect example of what a service worker should be. You have a gem here!
