- KMKyle McCartney1 day ago1.0On Saturday near closing we ordered two of the Jalapeño ranch club sandwiches, which cost $15.99 each. This was done over the mobile app, and it said the sauces were included. We picked this up in the drive thru, and when we got home we realized there was no jalapeño ranch sauce, which was the whole point of the sandwiches. We just had two plain overpriced sandwiches. We called customer support the following Monday, since they are closed Sunday. They agreed that we didn't get what we paid for, and said we'd be getting credits for the sandwiches. However the following day I get an email from the Karen, the manager of this Chick-Fil-A, and she said they reviewed footage, and the mistake was on our part because we asked for too many sauces (we also had fries and some other things in the order). We spent over $50 on this meal and they are being stingy over two sauce packets. I will never go to this location, or any other Chick-Fil-A, ever again.

He seemed rushed while taking our order, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. This made the experience feel less welcoming than expected. It would be great if the management could provide additional training in basic customer service, as this would help ensure a more positive experience for future guests and encourage repeat visits.
