I have reported this each and every time I have found it that way. This presents a HUGE public hazard with food handling and safety. I have personally witnessed employees go in and out of that bathroom. Today I called the store because I was not sure that the person I told was going to do anything about it. I was told that a manager was not in so I told another employee. He seemed fairly un-phased and told me he would go check. He said the bathrooms are checked hourly and could not believe that this was so. Why would I go to the trouble 3 different times over a month of telling them this was a problem if it was not so?????
