  food took forever and they got my order wrong and when they brought it back a second time they got it wrong again so i threw it at them horrible service don't go there ever

  Every time I go to this McDonalds my order is missing items I am also asked to pullover from the drive through I called the phone and it keeps ringing till the voicemail says the memory card is full the staff also seems to be not professional at all they are joking and fooling around.

  The customer service here is non-existent. The person at the counter was incredibly rude and acted like taking my order was a huge inconvenience. No greeting, no thank you—just poor attitudes all around. I won’t be coming back to this location until they retrain their team.

  This McDonald’s is convenient and I love using the app for deals, but I’ve had some consistent issues at this Lafayette location. The orange juice often seems watered down compared to other nearby McDonald’s, and I’ve noticed discrepancies between what I order in the app and what shows up on the receipt at pickup. A few times, items were missing and I had to ask for them. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, but customer service can be inconsistent depending on who’s working. I’d recommend double-checking your order before leaving. Hoping management can tighten things up because this location has potential.
