  The door was locked even though they’re supposed to be open. No sign as to why they’re closed in the middle of the day. They were tending to a person already inside and they did not acknowledge me to let me know that they were closed for a specific reason. Very disappointing.

  If Jimmy John's website, app, Google all say that you are open till 9pm Monday thru Sunday, then you should be open those hours! If not then fix the posted hours!

  Outstanding sandwich shop which added gyros to their menu. They make this with both chicken and lamb and have onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers as well all in a pita wrap. Good customer service. They went over the options and suggestions with me. Parking is easy and they are located in a large outdoor mall.

  Went yesterday at 6pm to buy 2 sandwiches. Look at the hours before we left in the rain. Said they closed at 9pm on Sundays. We got there at 6pm at the we're closed. Very disappointed
