  My husband and I ate here yesterday and there was a cockroach in his salad! Legitimately jumped out of his salad! We reported them to corporate and health department. I would avoid eating here, clearly they have a public health issue at hand yuck 🤮

  Found a bug (probably a cockroach, maybe an earwig) in my salad. Showed staff on site who confirmed it, but management only offered a partial refund for the salad instead of the full meal. Reported to County Health and corporate office

  A good Pollo Loco. At inside. Food was fresh & tasty. Staff was nice and their facilities were open and clean.

  I ordered online to pick up at 20:44 and I still have to wait 20 minutes. Be aware of the waiting time.

  La salsa estaba echada aperder. La mesera ocolaboradora no quería cambiarla able con 3 personas y no habían caso asta que un señor que trabajaba y dijo si esta mala y los frijoles estaban con mal sabor y los cambiaron de malagana solo una señora fue amable
