They didn’t seem to know the correct portion sizes, so they ended up giving us very small amounts of food. For the price, I expected much better service and reasonable portions. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

An older woman came over and told me it would be about a 10-minute wait for the chicken. I told her that was perfectly fine and that I didn’t mind waiting. She then told the younger employee to start letting customers know there would be a 10-minute wait if they ordered chicken. She asked me again if I was sure I wanted chicken or if I wanted something else, and I told her I would wait for the chicken. She again told me it would be 10 minutes, and then, in a very rude and condescending way, pointed to the tables behind me and said, “Go sit down and wait,” like I was a child. I actually looked behind me because I couldn’t believe she was speaking to me that way. At that point, I told her I would just cancel my order, and she simply said, “Okay.” I walked out honestly shocked at how rude she was. I wasn’t complaining about the wait at all — I had already said I was perfectly fine waiting for what I wanted to order. I will NEVER go back to that Chipotle. I really wish I had gotten her name because the way she spoke to me was completely unnecessary and very disrespectful.

They seemed understaffed and were moving incredibly slowly, they were so stingy with what I got that I had to ask for triple portions on some things (I want more than two strands of lettuce), and that’s if they even had things because they were out of half of their menu items, and when I asked for one of my bowls with sauce on the side instead of in the bowl, they charged me extra for that. Avoid this one in particular.
