  Absolutely horrible experience one of the managers (Aubrey) being the name was very rude and disrespectful to me as I was paying for my order and did not let me get a refund for an item being missing in my order. Such a waste of time and space for me to wait in the drive thru all for my order to be wrong and then get disrespected by a very under qualified manager. :(

  I placed my order via mobile app at 8:05AM. The order consisted of 1 Egg McMuffin meal, Hotcakes and sausage, 1 Egg McMuffin and hash brown A La Carte. Couldn't get help in the pickup stall so I used the drive thru and was first given the wrong items from another order which I told the employeeto take back. I was then told that my mobile order was never received. I showed my email confirmation and payment to the manager. I was told to go back to the pickup stall area again. Waited for the food for several minutes. Received the food but it was incomplete, had to call and share that there was a missing hash brown. This fast food experience was full of so many errors and the mobile app was an inconvenience along with staff. I arrived to my destination 20 minutes late due to this. More training is needed at this location. I posted a picture of the receipt given to me that was incorrect.

  Was for a drive through order after midnight. Everything was smooth and food was fresh. Thank you
