I've been a regular customer at this location for a long time and have always had great experiences, which makes this one especially disappointing. I ordered a pan pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, extra feta, pepperoni, and jalapeños. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed there was almost no feta on the pizza, despite paying extra for it. One of the employees looked at it and agreed there was hardly any feta. He spoke with the assistant manager, who insisted that the feta had "melted into the marinara." I politely explained that feta doesn't melt that way and even lifted the toppings with a fork to show there wasn't extra feta hiding underneath. The employee checked again and confirmed I was correct. Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, the assistant manager rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulders, and gave me attitude when I respectfully asked for my pizza to be remade. The employee helping me was professional, apologized multiple times, and even mentioned that the assistant manager had been treating the staff with attitude that day. When the replacement pizza came out, I could finally see feta on top, so I didn't inspect it any further because I was exhausted, starving, pregnant, and just wanted to go home and eat. Once I got home, I discovered that while the replacement had more feta than the first pizza, it had almost no marinara sauce. What made this especially frustrating was that the assistant manager had insisted the missing feta on the first pizza had "melted into the marinara." Then the replacement pizza arrived with almost no marinara at all. It honestly made me feel like my concern wasn't being taken seriously. Instead of simply correcting the order, it felt like the solution was to remove the marinara so I could see the feta rather than make the pizza the way I had actually ordered it. Even then, it still didn't have what I would consider extra feta. I called the store hoping to resolve the issue. Dominique, who answered the phone, was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help. I explained what had happened, that I couldn't eat the pizza as prepared, and asked if they could please deliver a correctly made replacement since my vehicle is unreliable and I had already made the trip once. Dominique asked the assistant manager, but he refused and said I had to come back to the store and bring both pizzas with me. The problem was that another employee had already told me to keep the first pizza instead of letting it go to waste, so I gave it to my elderly neighbors. I wasn't about to ask for it back. At that point, I decided not to return because I was extremely upset and didn't want the situation to escalate. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I don't understand is being treated dismissively when another employee confirmed there was an issue with my order. As a pregnant customer who was simply trying to get a meal I knew I could tolerate during severe morning sickness, this experience was incredibly upsetting. The only reason I'm giving more than one star is because the employees who helped me—especially Dominique—were courteous, apologetic, and professional throughout the entire experience. My complaint is solely about how the assistant manager handled the situation. I hope the store owner or district manager reviews this because this is not the level of customer service I've come to expect from a location I've supported for years. (Pizza with fork was first one given to me, that one had marinara, video is of remade pizza)

This location is always fast and efficient. I want to thank the manager and delivery mad for being extra kind tonight. They were kind enough and go the extra mile for me. They entered through my garage and knocked on the garage door to give food to my dad who is sick. I knew he wouldn't answer the main door so they followed my exact instructions and were able to go into the home and give it to my father for me. It is Thursday July 1st and whoever was kind enough to do this for me. I want you to know we are grateful for you and your kind service!!! Thank you Domino's in La Quinta we appreciate you!
