  Oh my goodness! I just had the most pleasant interaction with an employee in the restroom! Her name was Sandra and I needed a feminine product. I asked her if she or anyone had what I was looking for. She told me she was on break but she’d see if she could find something. She came back and gave me it. Such a great attitude and went out of her way to get it for me. Thank you again!

  The food was wonderful!!! Cooked perfectly hot and fresh as well. What really impressed me was the crew working outside!! They were friendly, competent and very good at their jobs. They had a real pride at what they were doing. In today's lack of customer service it was a breath of fresh air!!! I will be returning for sure!!!

  I went to this establishment around 4pm today and I’m just now remembering to write this review.i had to ask her where I could write this and she told me. I wish I could’ve talked to the owner or a manager about her great service I just forgot. I had such a great and pleasant experience with Sandra! Before getting to her line I saw she had 2 cars before me and she looked genuinely happy talking to them and so did they. Once it was my turn she greeted me instantly and she saw I went to stagecoach so she asked about my experience. She recommended me the Jalapeño ranch club spicy and boy was it good! Her energy and positivity made the 10mins in line waiting for my food worth it. I hope I get to run into her again and I hope she gets to see this message. I did also notice she has some good reviews on her. I hope she gets the recognition for her great attitude and her great work she deserves. Thank you again Sandra for helping this old lady out I will be coming back and let’s just hope you’re the one to help me out again!

  Not only did they mess up our order the 1st time. After calling and speaking with their Manager Jaz explaining to her what had happened. We were told to come back (any other day) and she would replace the “combos” that were incorrect. We went back 2 days later and not only did they MESS UP AGAIN!!!! They were giving us a hard time. Questioning me as if I was lying or trying to come up smh. Whole time I asked for Jaz she never came to help nor did we speak to her. They gave us only the sandwiches but no fries no drinks and when I said something they gave us the fries after asking WHY but refused to give us the drinks. Stating that they would not provide drinks that they had already giving us the fries. Are drinks not part of the combo? Mind you I even made a side purchase for my son, still continuing to give them our business, after being treated as such smh

  Worst chickfila I've been to. Was excited they had a mobile order thru lane but the good experience ended there. The chicken minis were very overcooked. It was obvious looking at them they were dark brown. There was no honey butter on top. The breakfast burrito tortilla was falling apart like it had been sitting around for days. So bad. I'm used to every chickfila having consistency in their quality but this one missed the mark.
