  I love coming here to this location because the staff are attentive and kind. I like to get the lunch special on weekdays. Vincent is especially nice. He made sure I got my AirPods back after I accidentally left them behind.

  They won't honor the deals advertised on tv, radio, & their own website. I stopped by on my way home and tried to order a pie. This is what happened, paraphrasing: Me: I'd like to order deal ABC that's on your website. Cashier: (after trying a few keys on the register) i don't have a key for it in my register...i can't take the order Me: ok, i got it. Here's the deal on your website, will you honor the offer? (While handing him my phone open on their own website). Cashier: (takes my phone, looks at the deal and hits some keys on the register) "i don't have a key for it in my register. Try ordering on the website" Me: ookay... I suspect where this is going, but still, i go to the website, find the deal, and try to order. Couldn't be done. I'm standing next to the cashier thru this. Cashier: try the app. Me: "ok". At this point, i just want to see how far he'll go NOT to do his job. He's laaaazy (he could've tried to find out or call the manager). So i go thru the whole ordeal of downloading the app and registering, but the deal can't be ordered thru the app either. Come to find out this particular location doesn't honor their own website deals. Whaaaa!??? Didn't it occur to the cashier to open his mouth from the beginning?? I tell you, the law of the minimum effort applies at this store. Service is the only thing that differentiate a pizza chain store from another one. And paying full price for frozen pizza is just crazy. So just stay away from this location. There's other pizzas around.

  Upon arriving with my wife to order a pizza prior to our next appointment, we encountered a recurring issue at this establishment. Every time we visit, we encounter a woman named Alicia, who consistently exhibits a rude demeanor and claims to be the manager, despite being the morning manager at 4:30 PM. When we inquired about the current deals, she informed us that they were primarily for takeout orders, as sitting and enjoying the food was not permitted. This attitude is unacceptable, as it disregards the customers’ desire to dine in. Shortly thereafter, another customer attempted to place an order at the counter. Her order amounted to $40 and change, and she was attempting to pay with a $100 bill. However, Alicia rushed out the back when another manager asked her to change the bill. She yelled at the customer, claiming they had no change, which was incorrect because I had paid cash, providing her with enough change to break that bill. Alicia’s behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of management skills. It is important to remember that the company pays her due to the customers who place their orders. Some employees act as if they own the restaurants and have the authority to treat others as if they are beneath them. Alicia, please remember that you are replaceable, even at Pizza Hut. It is crucial that you adopt a more professional approach when interacting with customers.
