  Wish this place had better service. And it’s not the workers because they have to keep calling the owner to ask questions on coupons. And the owner doesn’t participate in all available Jimmy John coupons. Be careful when coming here or ordering otherwise you’ll get the run around from the staff.

  I love Jimmy John's bread! Not to say anything about their cold cuts, but their bread is GREAT. I wish my wife liked sandwiches so I could visit more often.

  Quality excellent but service horrible. Asked no mayo but slathered top and bottom, making it almost inedible for me. Thank God for napkins. Almost 10 mns passed before my order taken with Noone else in line. Final insult was neither of our sandwiches were toasted. Isn't that the point?! I understand new location hiccups but c'mon. Bad first impression considering 1st time trying Jimmy John's.
