    Today is July 3rd 26' I walked in to state I ordered my pizza online and requested to pay in person, 😭 the cashier bluffed and started staring at my husband it was so awkward. I asked the cashier "listen I have the government hot foods program since I just moved and was layed off from work, we ordered the pizza 15 minutes as scheduled" my kids were in the car, he said we're working on it and I said working on it? I stated I read the reviews that other customers had mentioned the same thing as it being out of order for a year now. Mind you I have 2 children crying in the car that I could hear them. I am so shocked how everyone is correct about this restaurant chain at this exact location, I told him listen I work customer service but if the manager cared about it's customers they should have got off there seat and spoke to us directly not the employee behind the counter. I asked who the manager was or person in charge and was not given a name.

    want to share my experience at this Pizza Hut location. Last Friday, when I picked up my pizza, I was surprised when I asked for red pepper flakes and cheese packets because they told me I had to pay extra for them, even though I bought two boxes of Supreme pizza. I was very disappointed. At other local pizza places, and even other big-name restaurants, those condiments are usually free. This was my first time visiting this Pizza Hut location, so I’m not sure if it’s just this store or a new company policy, but it definitely gave me a bad impression.

    I received food that was undercooked and actually made my family sick. It was a later order so we opted to toss it and deal with it later and ate what was in the fridge for the sake of getting the kids in bed and ready for the following day. The next day, I called to leave the complaint regarding the quality of the food. There was a language barrier as the manager nor employees spoke English. I was under the impression that she told me to come pick up a new order that she will remake. However, she wanted me to bring back the old food before she would refund me and or make the new order which was unacceptable. I told her the food was thrown away and that I would not come to an establishment to lie about $36.49. I offered to show her a picture of the quality of the food that I took prior to throwing it away, and she refused, saying that I could have fabricated the photo, or she is unsure if I even threw it away, which is completely asinine and rude. We went back-and-forth she refused me to give me her name so that way I could contact corporate (she was alongside a man named Jaime who had a Name tag so saw his). I normally use this location and have never had an issue, however, now I will no longer shop at this Pizza Hut. Additionally, it is important to have management that speaks English, especially when they are the primary persons responsible for handling issues. Needless to mention, she did not remake my food nor did I receive my money back, so I have an official complaint out with corporate regarding my experience.

    This location has a dine in area that looks amazing. So from, I've only done take out. But hope to have a dine in experience soon

    Always a bad service and no people attending the orders, long time for any pizza or everything, need more attention on customer service and more people to work
