- PPPixelJun 24, 20261.0Edit: I forgot to mention that they still charged me for the drinks with the dead bug in it and even though they said a manager would contact me after leaving my phone number and email I have still yet to receive anything or even a refund. First time ever going to Dutch Bros Coffee. I ordered a Golden Eagle and a Green Apple Smoothie. Less than five minutes after leaving the drive-thru, I discovered a dead bee deep inside my Golden Eagle drink. I only noticed it after taking a sip and feeling something strange in my mouth. I had nearly swallowed it before realizing what it was. We immediately returned to the store, showed them the bee, and asked for our drinks to be remade. However, the most shocking part was that an employee told us this was not the first time they had found bees in customers' drinks at this location. Hearing that was completely unacceptable to me. Finding something as disgusting as a dead bee in a drink is bad enough, but knowing that it has happened multiple times and continues to be an issue is extremely concerning. This is not something that should be considered normal at any establishment serving food or beverages.

- A찬이May 18, 20261.0It was my first time Dutch bros, I even bought 3 drinks, but the guy who had my order didn’t call my name… bit felt he did it on purpose because customers who took the order after me had their drinks faster than I did. He called their name even I was on his sight all the time… the drink was good but my first experience was not the best 😭. He seemed bit racist too.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
