I called to talk to the person in charge and basically was told that's just the way we do business So not only are the customers paying ridiculous prices but they are also treating their customers like criminals

They offer quite a few options when it comes to organic fruits and vegetables....and suger-free foods not to mention they carry a brand of coffee ☕ that is freaking awesome! - MEM. E.Sep 3, 20261.0Definitely one of the worst self-checkout experiences I've ever had at a grocery store. An error occurred at our machine while checking out and we were literally waiting there 15 minutes for a customer service rep to come resolve the issue. That said, their was a security guard and an employee who looked like they were both on break because they were just standing there joking around with each other and were next to the registers but did nothing because again, I assume they were on break. So I went to find someone who was working, found her and she just snapped at me saying that "he (an employee) was already over there." Just wow. No need to bite my head off. So I go back over to my machine and lo and behold a woman is finally there trying to troubleshoot my machine. Unfortunately, not even she could resolve it along with struggling to apply a coupon. In the end, she tried to just total things up manually so that my receipt just said 'groceries" and did not list each item. I didn't realize until I got home that she overcharged me. I don't recommend this Vons. Pharmacy is mostly great. But the grocery store itself has poorly trained customer service.
