There have been multiple times I've left without purchasing anything because so much is out of stock. If you walk at a brisk pace, beware: the carts will fully lock up on you, which has happened multiple times mid-shopping trip. And speaking of trips: the death trap carpet right at the entrance... Always lifted up just enough to catch feet perfectly, I don't know how anyone has been okay with it as long as they have been. Store staffing is sometimes okay but more often than not completely unacceptable, it took almost 30 minutes the other day, just 5 people in front of us and one open cashier and at least 20 people behind us. It's also been even more of a mess now that they are in the middle of trying to update. They put a respectable effort in at first to update what was down each aisle but not anymore. Between all of the above, always having to deal with people trying to sign you up or sell you something right outside of the front, this is no longer the neighborhood store that I will be spending the majority of my money at. There's way too many other, better stores within a similar driving distance.

I came in to buy some tequila, but no one ever came to unlock the liquor case. Pushed the button 3 times and waited 5’minutes! Meanwhile, there’s one check stand open, with 10 people in line at 7:30pm. I hope somebody at corporate sees this and cares enough to take action.

They had the sandwiches ready to go even when I was a few minutes early and remembered the occasion, expressing their condolences. Much better experience than I've had at other markets.
