  Food used to be really good it’s okay now for the price. However, decided to give this place a try again after not coming in a while, husband is super nice wife not as much so be aware. She is rude.

  Food here is always amazing, every time we’ve been here the owner has helped us and all his recommendations, service and conversations have been really great. Today the server who took our take out order with the yellow and orange hair was amazing and super nice ! However today as we were paying my husband and I were waiting for our change to be given back to us and after a minute or so we noticed another lady in a green shirt talking to the server taking our order and we were asked if we wanted our change back which we answered yes. As we walked away I heard the lady in the green shirt comment about us wanting our $1 and some change back, unfortunately the comment was very poor taste as she did not see me adding a tip to their jar. As someone who’s worked in the food industry for many years i understand the tip system and didn’t appreciate the hesitation with giving our change back, I can tell it made both the server and us very uncomfortable. Aside from this unfortunate situation the owner is very lovely and hospitable. Best Pho place in east county !

  Very disappointing experience. The egg rolls were clearly frozen and undercookedthey were mushy on the inside instead of crispy. I also ordered two bowls of pho, and both were incredibly bland. The broth even had an unpleasant taste that reminded me of the smell of dishes fresh out of a dishwasher. It was honestly disgusting. I paid for the food, walked away, and won't be coming back. There are much better pho restaurants in the area. Save your money and go somewhere else. Thanks, but no thanks.

  As I walk through the doors of this unassuming late night pho restaurant I quickly realize what it means to be at peace. Greeted with the kind words and soft smile every time I come in I feel like I’m at home. Every bite of the special combo transcends me to a realm of complete bliss and joy, not because it’s the most tantalizing mouth watering pho ever but because it’s made with love and maybe pho isn’t just a Asian noodle dish maybe it’s an experience of soul touching warm love that spreads through you as a person and pours out into every facet of your life. I love pho Super Bowl.

  The food here is already mediocre in my opinion. The bánh mì bread is good and nicely toasted, but the meat is dry—almost like jerky. When service is bad on top of that, the entire experience takes a huge hit. I will not be returning.My company regularly orders lunch or boba from this place, so I expected better. When I politely asked the lady at the counter if she could tell me the individual totals for each order, she seemed annoyed and bothered by the request. She said I told you over the phone. I replied yes but this is including tax now. Over the phone was just the amounts on the menu. I even apologized and explained that I needed the separate amounts so I could request reimbursement from my coworkers once I got back to the office. Despite that, she still refused to help.Her husband tried to defuse the situation, but as someone who also works in the food industry, I know that employees shouldn’t need to be “defused” when speaking to a customer. They should provide kind service and accommodate simple requests. It’s not as if I didn’t leave a generous tip for a pickup order.I hope she reads this and realizes her customer service could use some improvement.
