  The last occasion we visited this restaurant was approximately a decade ago. Our experience with the service and food was so disappointing that we chose not to return. We decided to come here tonight due to our fatigue and the desire to avoid driving to other pho restaurants. This location was nearby and remained open late. We thought it would be worthwhile to give it another opportunity, hoping that improvements had been made since our last visit. Unfortunately, it appears that this place has remained unchanged. The pho soup was diluted and tasted as though it had originated from a pre-packaged source. The beef appeared to be a week old and was added to the soup. The pho lacked flavor. Additionally, we ordered chow mein with beef, which was overly salty and resembled a frozen meal that had been reheated in a microwave. My children, who typically enjoy pho and chow mein, did not touch it. There was a female server present, who I believe is either the manager or the owner. She had an attitude of indifference, that she did not wish to serve the customers. Her demeanor was rude, and she neglected our table. Ultimately, we chose not to consume the flavorless, pre-packaged food they served us. The owners or managers displayed a lack of concern, as they did not inquire about our satisfaction with the food or address any issues. They ignored us throughout our visit. After settling our bill, we departed without leaving a tip due to the subpar food and discourteous service. This Pho Superbowl restaurant is a SUPER MEGA disappointment. Do not waste your money here. The ramen available in a grocery store is less expensive and tastes superior. Consider trying Street Pho in Santee nstead. They offer authentic pho that's cooked in the kitchen and with great service, and the owner, Bobby, treats you as a valued guest rather than a bother.

  Great late night spot for Pho, 🍲 🍜 milk tea 🧋and free coconut pudding 🥥! They are open til midnight which is great when you're starving after 10pm.

  This is our go to pho place! We drive from the city next to it just to eat delicious pho. The owner is veryyyyy friendly and always welcoming. Open until midnight mon - sat is the best thing everrr! Worth the drive to La Mesa, CA I promise you!
