  The whole restaurant was dirty. I had to sit on 3 different tables to find one that wasnt sticky

  Door is just OK, nothing special. Portion sizes are minimal but prices are quite high. Service is slow but usually friendly. Atmosphere inside is very nice & clean. Outdoor seating is disgusting.

  I tried the new BLT and egg breakfast sandwich. It was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Although my order was to go, the place was clean with a relaxing atmosphere. 😋 Went back to try something new from lunch menu and wasn't disappointed with the Frontega chicken sandwich off the hot menu. I will have this again. 😋 😋

  We had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread and won’t be returning. The customer service was poor from the start. When we politely asked the cashier if we could try a couple of soup samples, she rolled her eyes at us, which felt rude and unwelcoming. We ordered soup in bread bowls, expecting a decent portion, but the amount of soup was shockingly small—honestly not even enough to fill my 10-year-old. When I brought this up to the manager, hoping for some understanding or a solution, he was dismissive and unprofessional. He insisted that the portion was correct and didn’t offer any help or accommodation. On top of that, the dining area was in bad shape. We struggled to find a table because many of them were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Overall, between the poor service, tiny portions, unclean environment, and high prices, this was a very frustrating experience. Definitely not worth it, and we won’t be coming back.
