For more than five years, I had been a loyal customer of this restaurant, and every visit I chose Table 14 because it was the most comfortable spot for my family. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my opinion of the restaurant.
We have a non-verbal autistic child. During our meal, our son accidentally spilled a small amount of water on the table. We politely asked the supervisor if we could move to another table, but even though the restaurant was nearly empty, we were repeatedly told that every table was “reserved.” No one came to clean or wipe our table, and we were expected to continue sitting at a wet table. When we asked again, my elderly father sat at the table next to us, but the supervisor insisted that he return to our original table. In the end, we had no choice but to move ourselves to a clean table because we could no longer continue sitting at the wet one.
The supervisor was present throughout the situation, and as someone in a leadership role, I expected professionalism, understanding, and compassion, especially when dealing with a family that has a child with autism. If the supervisor and staff are not familiar with how to appropriately assist families with autistic children or people with disabilities, I strongly recommend that the restaurant provide disability awareness and inclusion training.
After more than five years as a loyal customer, I never expected to be treated this way. This experience left my family feeling unwelcome and deeply disappointed. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this restaurant to other families, and we will not be returning.
If you have a special need child do not go to this place. The staff are very disrespectful and they forced us to clean our table ourselves when our child dropped some water on it. When we asked them to change the table they refused in spite of having all other tables empty. We apologized as he is a special need kid, they said that is our problem and we should clean the table ourselves. We have never seen this disrespect in any place especially that we live in a country where special need people are treated kindly and with respect. Its the worst restaurant we visited in years. Very sad to see that some people are still uncivilized to this level and lack the basics of human compassion for special need people. It was a very bad time we spent there.

My family and I came here for a dinner hoping for a welcoming evening, but we left deeply disappointed and hurt by the staff's behavior. We have a non-verbal autistic child within our family, and throughout our meal, staff members made repeated passive-aggressive comments and inappropriate remarks regarding our child's presence.
Dining out as a neurodivergent family can already present challenges, and we always do our best to be considerate of our surroundings. However, being subjected to open hostility and unprofessional judgment from the people working here is entirely unacceptable. Compassion, basic courtesy, and inclusivity should be standard in customer service. We will not be returning, and we cannot recommend this restaurant to other families.

This is a wonderful restaurant. The food is wholesome and delicious. The staff are always kind and attentive. The owners are fine people who have created a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy and share their food and culture. We are long time customers and we recommend them to everyone we know.

Love this place. Prob the best indian/nepalese restaurant I’ve been to in San Diego. The food comes out very quick (we went there a bit early for dinner like 4pm), the food is all very tasty, and the service was decent.
We tried just common dishes like chicken tikka masala and sag paneer, but would love to try some other unique nepalese dishes next time we visit. Also one of my favorites was their cheese nan, which was my first time trying. It had so much cheese inside the nan, and went so well with the curry.
I particularly liked the vibe inside, with beautiful antique design (felt like I’m actually somewhere in nepal). Portion size is also good!
