Asked the driver where my cheesy bread was. Turns out she delivered my order to someone else and this was someone else's order. She said let me check the car, gets back un her car and just drives off. I called the store to speak with the manager and she Couldn't do anything to help me. Didn't offer me a discount or anything. She just said I can re make it or just cancel it for you. After wasting an hour and half of my time. She just kept saying "I dint have access to give you a discount sir and i need a decision. Remake it or cancel" I went to the website and requested help and they gave me a discount on my order immediately. This option was never mentioned to me by the manager of the store. Not once did she say you can go in the website and submit an inquiry for a discount. She just said can't help you. Garbage customer service.
