  I come to this location pretty regularly, food wise it’s pretty solid (although my meat was left off my pickup order recently). I went in to place my order today and I was very disappointed in the service I received from the girl that took my order. She was smiling and seemed nice to the people ahead of me, and when she saw me I smiled and asked how she was and she completely ignored it and just stared at me, waiting for my order. She visibly rolled her eyes at me twice when I asked for toppings and just emitted some serious attitude. The employees at the register were nice, but that girl needs to be coached. I didn’t get her name but she had a black and blonde braid and gauges in her ears.

  I have been coming to this Chipotle for nearly two decades, and it is extremely disappointing to see how much the service has declined. This was once a great restaurant known for friendly employees, efficient service, and consistently high standards. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been the complete opposite. The service now feels careless, unorganized, and far below what longtime customers have come to expect. It is difficult to understand how a restaurant that once provided such an excellent experience has been reduced to such low standards. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore the quality and service that made this location great.

  This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good but oftentimes there are a few people in the restaurant and you still have to wait a long time for someone to come out from behind the counter and greet you. Today I waited about 3 minutes and I was the only person in line. When I ordered my burrito the rice was dry. Some of it was undercooked. There seems to be an incentive for the employees to use very little meat. One small little scoop of meat and when I first used to go there they used to put a lot more meat into the burritos. Also, they want to charge extra for certain sauces because they're different colors which is annoying. The steak today also was very tough and very fatty. It was not tender throughout. It's like they gave me all the fatty pieces of the steak. I ate it because I was really hungry and I just came from the gym but I don't think I'm going to return to this location.

  We paid $69 for the Honey Chicken Family Meal, which is advertised as feeding up to six people. Unfortunately, after getting home and opening everything, we were very disappointed with what we received. Both the honey chicken and black beans trays were noticeably underfilled, making the portions far smaller than expected for a family meal for six. In addition, the chips were stale, and the tortillas were cold. This was our first time trying the family meal, and for nearly $70, we expected much better quality and value. It was frustrating to pay that much and receive portions that didn't match the price or the advertised serving size. We hope you'll review your portion sizes and quality control, especially for larger orders. Customers who purchase family meals should feel confident they're receiving the value they're paying for.
