Had half a scoop of chicken and half a scoop of steak left, my partner and I didn't even get enough of the protein we normally get. Kitchen was a MESS, dirty dishes and rice spilled all over the counter. Didn't even offer to make more stuff for a wait, just said they're out. Not to mention we walked in at 9pm and they don't close until 11pm.

I ordered a steak bowl and paid nearly $15 — only to receive what I can only describe as three lonely pieces of steak. Three. For fifteen dollars. I understand that portion sizes can vary, but this was beyond inconsistent — it was disrespectful to the customer. Steak is the most expensive protein on the menu, and people choose it because they expect a satisfying, hearty meal. What I got was an overpriced bowl of rice and toppings with a whisper of meat. I didn't say anything in the moment because I didn't want to make a scene, but I left hungry and frustrated. I hope this location takes portioning more seriously, because at these prices, customers deserve better.

I live next to two other locations but this is by far the friendliest and most wholesome staff that I can rely on to make my experience amazing. Also, they hook me up with free fountain drinks and I’ve seen them do the same for the other regulars. Really cool marketing strategy that all the chipotles should adopt.
