I new it was going to be a long wait but the subway worker Kimberly was knocking out the orders for everyone really fast and efficiently. Got my sandwich made just how I like it and was out of there in a timely manner.
- JRJarred RobertsApr 27, 20261.0After modernizing this location with the kiosks and online ordering it has become so inefficient and so frustrating that I avoid it at all costs. If I order at the kiosk I’ll be waiting for about 15-20 min for my sandwich to be made. That’s unacceptable. If I order via the app, there has now been multiple problems with my order being placed so I end up waiting for several minutes anyways. Go back to the previous system. There’s nothing wrong with waiting in line for 5 min so that you can have your sandwich made right in front of you.

The staff couldn’t quite hear my order so I had to repeat myself a lot. But all in all, the sandwich was made quick and it tasted great! I was also able to spot plenty of seating!
