- AAAlyssa2 days ago1.0I visited this store about 15 minutes ago and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier. The cashier was a mixed-race woman with a sleek blonde bun. She did not greet me or acknowledge me at any point during the interaction. She simply scanned my items and looked away. She didn’t even give me a receipt. I am not exaggerating when I say there was virtually no communication or acknowledgment throughout the entire interaction. I understand that employees may have difficult days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. The bagger, however, was very nice and pleasant, which I appreciated.

- YWYimin WJul 11, 20261.0Do NOT shop at this Pavilions if you are driving. I was a legitimate, paying customer here. I shopped inside the store and have the time-stamped receipt to prove it. However, their third-party parking management (LAZ Parking) slapped a citation on my car, falsely accusing me of "walking off" the property. They also declined my dispute with my proving receipt. The absolute worst part of this experience was the local management. When I called the Store Manager with my proof of purchase to resolve this, they completely washed their hands of the situation and refused to help. They allow a predatory towing/ticketing company to actively extort their own paying patrons on their own lot. This is a complete scam and an atrocious way to treat customers. If Albertsons/Pavilions actually cares about their reputation, they need to resolve this. Until then, take your business to another grocery store where you can park and shop in relax.
