- KBKaitie BAug 7, 20261.0This was very frustrating, some gen z workers, I ordered online and they forgot half my order i only noticed when i was 15 mins away, so drove 15 mins back to this location and its when the already busy parking lot was being worked on and so i had to look for parking again, take my kids out the car and when i went back inside they werent even apologetic and I had to ASK for a free meal from this wasted gas and time,and im pretty sure the manager rolled her eyes when i asked. and everytime i've gone in since they have not been welcoming or nice like they are at the one closer to my house.

Yesterday, they only had chicken, which was not a big deal. However, today, I was shocked to find that they had nothing but overcooked beef. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have guacamole. I’ve never been to a Chipotle that has been out of so many items so frequently. The environment is also quite unhygienic. The trash is piled up to the top, and there’s no sign of any cleaning being done. I’m not sure if they need to hire more help or if this is simply a poorly run restaurant.

Their bathrooms weren’t the best, and there was ONLY ONE bathroom combined that had a lock, causing a further inconvenience. Do not recommend.
