  Anaisa was excellent while preparing my order. She was easy to talk to and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. My only suggestion would be to keep the restaurant a little cleaner, as the dining area was somewhat messy during my visit. Overall, the customer service was great, and the server definitely made my experience a positive one.

  I really appreciated the excellent service I received while placing my order. Anaisa was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was handled correctly. Great customer service like this definitely makes a difference, and I would be happy to order again!

  I stopped by CAVA on my lunch break. It was my first time here and I was unsure of what I wanted to try. Thankfully, I was able to ask an employee for recommendations! Autumn recommended a “build your own bowl”, the chicken had amazing flavor and the arugula was so fresh. I will be back for more hummus and pita chips!

  Autumn was an excellent CAVA worker and deserves a raise. Wow! Never had such good experience at CAVA before. I feel like Autumn should be the face of CAVA atp, I’ve never had a good experience with a CAVA worker before her

  The food was amazing!! Especially shoutout to Autumn who was so gracious and wonderful when serving us and who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience! It was our first time and we’re definitely coming back 🤩
