  CAVA has become one of my family’s favorite places to eat. Every time we’re nearby, my kids ask if we can stop here—and I completely understand why. What I really like is the incredible variety. You can build your own meal exactly the way you want it. There are plenty of protein options, different kinds of rice, fresh vegetables, healthy toppings, sauces, and so many natural ingredients to choose from. Whether you’re looking for a high-protein meal, something vegetarian, or just a fresh, healthy lunch, there’s something for everyone. They also have a great selection of drinks, and everything is served quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s one of the best places if you want a fast meal that still feels fresh and nutritious. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the whole experience is easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a healthy, delicious, and convenient place to eat, I highly recommend CAVA. Great food, excellent variety, fast service, and a place the whole family enjoys.

  Arrived at the restaurant at 10:06pm, sign on the door says they are open until 11pm. I was turned away at the counter, all of the food was already put away. I’ve enjoyed this location in the past but was disappointed to not be able to receive service well before their posted closing time.

  Customer service needs to be better. The worker who served me in particular had an attitude (rolled his eyes at me); during the order process…and I just ordered a premade dish and didn’t even make any complicated modification. If you go to a place for the first time and you get an attitude like that, that’s already a red flag. Food was great though, I’ll go to a different location and hope their customer service is better.

  4.5 for the service, 4.75 for the food. Ordered the generously portioned chicken bowl with rice, arugula, and all the toppings. The rice was hot and cooked well; chicken was moist and paired well with the vegetables. I requested additional ingredients not part of the standard order and staff were quite accommodating. A friend ordered the salmon bowl and loved it. Tables needed to be cleaned better but overall a hearty and healthy lunch. (Though It would be nice if the pita bread could be placed on the top vs in the middle of the bowl where it can get soggy)
