- RSRingo Starr3 days ago1.0During a recent visit to Dutch Bros, I experienced incredibly rude service from a worker named Urijah. From the moment I approached to order, his attitude was dismissive, cold, and entirely unprofessional. Instead of the typical welcoming greeting, Urijah spoke with a sharp, impatient tone and rolled his eyes when asked a simple question about the menu. His clear lack of respect and negative energy immediately ruined the experience and made me feel like an unwelcome inconvenience. The interaction grew worse when Urijah handed over the drinks with blatant hostility. He slammed the service window shut without a single word, completely ignoring my polite thank you. This hostile demeanor is the exact opposite of the positive culture Dutch Bros normally promotes. It was a deeply frustrating encounter that left a terrible impression and makes me think twice about returning to this specific location.

Might not come here again!!!

- RARobert AlcazarJun 19, 20262.0Can they get rid of the double lane. Sometimes the cashier taking orders makes mistakes and then you have 3-4 cars in front of you that arrived after you. It’s very annoying for this to happen.

Then we get to the window and everyone inside was really working hard and listening to music and were overall super happy to be working and all of them had a smile and it just made our experience one to remember thank you to everyone you guys are awesome

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
