- DNDaniel Van NostrandSep 23, 20261.0I ordered pickup at 7:00 on Wednesday night, 9/23. Showed up at 7:20, food wasn't ready even though there were only 2 customers there, ok. Guy at the pickup spot said it'd be a few minutes. I sat and waited in silence with my ear buds set to ambient sound to hear better. Dude eventually put a bag out, didn't hear my name, kept waiting. After about 10 mins I came over and asked what's up, guy says oh that's your food, says he called my name 20 minutes ago. Apparently he never considered that maybe he didn't say it loudly or clearly enough for me to hear over the employees chopping it up behind the counter. Then he never thought to maybe get the attention of the only person sitting in the restaurant waiting for food, a person who had already spoken to him about being the guy waiting for that specific order. Best we can do, Cava?

Everything tasted fresh, and the portion size was great. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely one of my favorite places for a healthy and delicious meal!
