- IMIvan Montenegro3 days ago1.0I work close by to this pollo loco and as of recently they have been terrible with their service. Getting my drink wrong. Charging me two different amounts on back to back days of ordering the exact same thing. Forgot to ask me what kind of salsa I would like and didn't receive anything regardless. And there have been times where the crew is chattering while taking orders so I shouldn't really wonder why all this is happening. Hoping this review will make a difference.
