this location is going downhill. when i first moved to the area, i thought it was a pretty good one, but when ive ordered recently the portion are incredibly skimped and im missing something. This time it was the side of guac, last time it was the queso. I won’t be coming to or ordering from this location anymore.
this is consistently the worst chipotle i've ever been to. it is always out of one of the 8 ingredients it offers and if you ask they will not make more of it, even if it's only noon. The counter is always a mess with food and there is cross contamination in almost every container. since we deal with a serious dairy allergy, there being cheese in the guacamole, salsas and lettuce is legitimately dangerous
I’ve been coming to this Chipotle location for almost five years, and it’s incredibly disappointing to see how much the customer service has declined. What used to be an okay location has become one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m not sure if this is under new ownership or management, but the employees they’ve hired, many of whom appear to be high school-aged, especially the cashiers, have provided consistently poor customer service.
Today, during my lunch break, I was helped by Kevin, who was training another new employee. I ordered a side of fajita vegetables, something I’ve done at dozens of Chipotle locations over the years, and I’ve never once been charged for it. When I politely questioned the charge and asked if it was a new policy, Kevin responded with a smirk, “There’s always a first.” That level of sarcasm and disrespect toward a longtime customer is unacceptable.
What concerns me even more is that although I was charged, the fee did not appear on my receipt. That raises serious questions about what’s happening at this location. I strongly encourage customers to carefully review their receipts and verify that every charge is properly documented.
I’ve already filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs because I believe this deserves to be investigated. Whether this was an isolated incident or a larger issue, customers deserve transparency and honesty.
Chipotle’s CEO often speaks publicly about putting customers first and providing generous portions and great service. Unfortunately, this location does not reflect those values. It’s disappointing to see customers being nickel-and-dimed over a small side of fajita vegetables while being treated with disrespect.
This location needs stronger management, better training, and more mature employees who understand what good customer service looks like. After nearly five years of being a loyal customer, this experience has convinced me to take my business elsewhere.

Me and my staff have been coming to this Chipotle location for almost five years, and until today I’ve always had a great experience. The employees have always been friendly, welcoming, and a great representation of the company. Unfortunately, today’s experience completely changed my opinion.
I ordered my usual meal, a burrito with the tortilla on the side and the ingredients in a bowl. I’ve ordered it this exact way for years at this location and have never been charged extra. When I got to the register, Mina insisted on charging me for a side tortilla. I politely asked what the difference was since it’s the same burrito ingredients, just with the tortilla served separately instead of wrapped around them.
Instead of explaining the policy respectfully, she had a rude attitude and told me that if I didn’t like it, I could leave my food and leave the restaurant. It was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. This entire argument was over a tortilla that costs less than a dollar.
What makes this even more confusing is that Chipotle promotes customer-friendly service and even shares videos from their CEO encouraging employees to be generous with portions and take care of customers. My experience today was the complete opposite.
Customer service matters, and Mina’s attitude was unacceptable. She wasn’t friendly, seemed unhappy, and I even noticed her giving another customer a hard time before me after apparently charging him twice for chips. Employees who work at the front counter represent the company, and they should treat customers with respect.
On the other hand, the tall gentleman who cleans the dining area is always kind, professional, and welcoming. He consistently provides the type of customer service that keeps people coming back. Employees like him deserve recognition.
After being treated this way over something so minor, I won’t be returning to this location. It’s disappointing because I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I hope management takes customer service training more seriously, because one negative employee can ruin the reputation that the rest of the team has worked hard to build.

I like the beef barbacoa and added all the extras that cone with a bowl and it was enough for two meals. Alex was my server and so nice letting me try the other meats as it was my first time and i wanted to see which was best for me. They have a lot of sauces and veggies and cheese. It was so crowded for about 15 minutes, then magically when I went up to get a bag all the people had been served and there was no one up at the line. I only wish you could order from the tables. But at least I know they had bags waiting for pick up orders so I know that once you know what you want you can order ahead and pick it up and skip the line! Parking was a bit rough. A lot of 15 minute and 30 minute spots. We ate as fast as we could and it took 40 minutes. Glad we didnt get a ticket. Alex deserves a raise. He was by far the man in charge knowing all about everything! Thank you to the whole staff. Very nice kids.
