  Wow! Never been to a Chipotle this filthy, slow, and careless. One girl working the counter and register both, guys going in and out of the back but not helping her at all with a long line, waited over 20 minutes with only two parties in front of me. When we get to the counter there was literally no meat, not one kind at all. Every table was filthy, the drinks came out clear with no soda, the ice was spilling everywhere with a wet floor in front of the soda fountain, and the entire place is just a hot mess. Never coming back to this location. Oh, forgot to add that the guacamole was brown!

  Place is terrible. Servers barely give you any meat, they wrapped my burrito horribly. I’m never coming back again

  I never normally write reviews or say anything if I feel like the service was bad but this was absolutely insane. I ordered a kids meal, a cheese quesadilla with two sides of white rice. I asked for an extra kids cheese quesadilla, the tiny one that’s about two inches wide. I didn’t get any proteins and even ditched one of the sides because I wasn’t that hungry. The lady taking my order seemed to be new so it took a little longer but whatever. When I got to the register to pay, I had to wait about 10 minutes while my food sat there and got cold. This wasn’t because there were no employees, it was because half of them decided to take a break on their phones in the middle of a rush. Then instead of being charged for a kids meal and a side dish, the worker informs me he talked to his manager and they are now charging me for two full meals… I pay because I didn’t want to hold up the line but ultimately ask for the manager to come and speak with me. When the manager comes out she already has an attitude. I ask if she was aware I only got one meal and an extra tiny quesadilla and was charged for two full meals. She said this is how they have to do it because they don’t sell the quesadillas by themselves. So I ask why I wasn’t given two full kids meals or even offered two full kids meals if I paid for two. She then says well fine what else do you want and I’m just like I would rather have one quesadilla if it’s this much trouble. I ask if I can give her back one quesadilla if she can give me a refund for the second meal I had to pay for, she snatches the quesadilla out of my hand, and throws it away… and then gives me a refund. Not only this but when I was trying to fill up my drink cup, I realized the drink I wanted was completely empty, I told and employee and they said they would take a look at it or replenish it… an hour and a half later it’s still empty and no one has come by to check on it. I’ve just started giving chipotle a try again, I’ve been to chipotle’s in many other places and they have always charged an extra kids quesadilla as a side.. Im disappointed that whatever store policy they’re following is overriding their customer service and understanding of basic customer needs/wants. I won’t be coming back.
