- SRStephanie RMay 1, 20261.0Terrible management and service. I was there In the drive thru nobody would speak on the outside speaker I had to drive up to the window and place my order. Then they tell me to wait 10 minutes in my car for apple pies and I wait 20 and they never came out. I had to go inside and there was nobody even at the front to help people in line. They often forget items as well. I was there 5/1/26 at 5:45pm

I ordered 30 min before! And when I got there they told me “it’s not ready” wait 8 to 10 more minutes. I left without my food!

- TTTrib74Apr 11, 20261.0We really need to learn our lesson. Last time we got stuck in their drive through for over 30 minutes. Today, drive through is clear so we think it might work out; however, they still have us park in the mobile order area, even though it was a drive through order. Then they promptly forget about us altogether. After several minutes a worker comes out and asks why we are there. I tell him what we ordered and he goes back in and never returns. I eventually go in and have to wait while someone else complains about their order to that same worker. I finally get my turn and he goes back and yells for our order to be made. Then I get to sit and wait in the restaurant until it is finally ready and of course they forgot our fries. I ask about it and the guy wants to debate about me not asking for it previously. It's on the receipt I just gave you, dude. Insane.
