  Great ice cream, but if there's a line visible, be prepared to wait a LONG time and consider alternatives.

  The outside area is really nice, but that’s the end of my compliments. The price of the ice cream is listed but not the gelato. It’s also not mentioned on the menu that the sundaes aren’t available to be made with the gelato. The smallest gelato cost more than the single scoop ice cream and was yet a small fraction of the size (less than half the size). The server rang us up then was fiddling with the inside of the scooper (the part that touches your ice cream) and then was going to scoop the ice cream. She was annoyed when I asked if she could use a clean scoop and tried to justify it saying her hands were clean… after just touching the register. The scoop was then just placed in the rinse well, waiting for the next customer. It was not cleaned and she did not acknowledge how unsanitary any of that was. She also forgot to put the whipped cream I paid for on my son’s gelato and when I asked for it she put a 1” dollop of whipped cream on it. There were also ice crystals in the gelato which means it was either old or stored improperly. The outside patio is the only reason I didn’t leave 1 star.

  Quality, well mixed, good tasting ice cream and shakes served in a nice, rustic setting. The only thing I'll add is that I would think a place that also serves coffee would open earlier.

  The Gelato was really good, but I found a piece of hard jagged plastic in it. Thankfully was chewing due to the candy in the scoop, so I noticed it. Other than that, it was good.
