    The best made coffees I have gotten at any Dutch ever! 🙂 whoever's making coffee, I go mornings, keep making them the way you are, because they are delicious.

    Not very happy how the mobile pickup is handled here. When you get there, they just ignore you at first and then eventually come to the window. Ordered my drink 20minutes before I arrived to Dutch bros with an estimated pickup of 10min before I got there. Get there and drink had not even been made yet. The place was fairly empty as well. Unfortunately this seems to happen all the time. Additionally the drinks lack flavor at times despite requesting extra sweet.

    Waited in line while the three cars in front of me were still able to order, but as soon as I pulled up to the window the employee said they were closed. ( 5/12/26- she had on a black & white striped short sleeve shirt) I understand businesses have closing times, but after waiting in line that long it would’ve been nice to still take the last car, especially when they could clearly see customers had already been waiting. Ended up going to Starbucks instead.

    Terrible, first off the people at the window are flirting with customers holding holds wasting time very unprofessional, second off the person outside taking our order scanned our app and we didn't get points the drinks we made half ass too.

    Every time I mobile order and walk up to the window nobody EVER greets me or says I’ll be right with you. Mind you, there will be people walking by seeing me right there and nobody says anything. Not only that, there’s always a boy with blonde curly hair who will be snacking at the drive thru window hanging out the window munching. I don’t think that’s very professional.
