  Ordered a large pizza with artichokes.$35.00.Take out. I don't know how many good pizzas they make each year, but some are bound to fail. My pizza was a failure.i "choked down" 3 slices of the toughest, tasteless pizza (?) I have ever eaten. I drove back to the factory to protest, and the "manager basically told me to go pound sand , see the owner on Monday .That would have been a total of 6 trips driving from across town i left the 3/4 rest of the inedible pizza on the counter, vowing never to patronize this location.

  I don't think I have ever had such a terrible repeat experience. Overpriced, can never get the order right, and the attitude from the delivery person and the in store employees, I don't think I will ever get Pizza Factory again, at least at this Janesville location. Better off going into Susanville.

  First visit. Lunchtime. Salad bar fresh and well stocked with good variety. Pizza was hot, with plenty of toppings. Tasty sauce and perfect amount of cheese. Not a local but will be our new go to when passing through.
