There is a guy here who spends his entire shift hyperfixated spawn camping the Pokémon machine; he is an older, tall, heavy-set man. Instead of correcting the behavior, the manager put him to work at the cash register, literally in front of the machine, and now they are both hyperfixated on it. In the minutes I was here, he went to the machine from his register several times. This sucks because these machines are set up to release merchandise only once in a while to avoid scalpers like them. However, when an employee is stuck on the machine for an entire shift, children do not have a chance to get any cards. The manager needs to be replaced by someone who will not run the store like a personal enterprise where they can do whatever they want and backdoor whatever they please. If this is how they act in public, I cannot imagine what is going on behind closed doors. I've complained about this, but nothing has been done because obviously they are making money off it. Time to be a karen and start complaining to corportate.

The drive up and go staff seem to have no Regard for their surroundings, including customers rushing right by and blocking their way, like they’re not even there as if they’re just trying to force their way through, my grandma who is 75 years old, got bumped into by one of them because they weren’t paying attention and almost fell over because of them which could’ve been fatal for a person of her age and they kept walking as if nothing happened, no “excuse me” or anything just kept on going. This is just ridiculous and unprofessional

It's a good place to shop if you have the money to spend there. The employees have top tier customer service.

Safeway has the best produce selection out of the grocery stores around here, and they have a decent selection overall. However, the store can improve on customer service. This location is technically the closest grocery store to me, but I do not go here regularly because I have to mentally prepare myself to stand in line for 20+ mins. There is often only one checker, and if another lane opens it is the 15 item or less line, even though there are self checkouts. Customers are expected to do the bagging of groceries which also slows things down. There are no baggers (very rarely) even though there are plenty of workers. It seems 98% of the employees are working on the online orders. For some reason the hand held baskets are located in the middle of the store by the customer service counter. I'm guessing a manager decided it is convent for them to store those there, but it is not convenient for the customer to walk to the middle of the store to fetch one of those. & this is assuming you spent the time to search for them.
