  I was super exciting to try the new strawberry lemonade drink after i did holy moly that drink easy can cause you Diabetes the sugar in that drink super high levels also i don’t know why the leave the bread uncovered outside and the A/C running and the bread super dry and hard 😤😤

  Placed an online order around 4 pm for a 5:40 pm pickup on a Sunday after I checked the hours stating they were open. Order got confirmed and everything, I show up and the store is closed. So ridiculous, I need a refund immediately. And will be calling the corporate office, life is expensive these sandos aren’t worth my time, money and energy

  I buy lunch here often. Had a large order on a Saturday and it was wrong, but I didn’t realize it until I was too far to go back. Tried calling- no answer, reached out to customer service and they assured me that I would be contacted in 24/48 hrs. Nothing!! It’s been 15+ days with no contact. Corporate doesn’t want to do anything as this is a franchise. Franchise hasn’t done anything. I just wanted a refund for the food that was missed.

  Placed my order in the Jimmy John's website that staes the location closes at 9pm. The order went thru and gave me a confirmation. I arrived at the location only to find the location is closed. I noticed an employee working inside and waited 5 mins to get his attention. Once he unlocked the door he informed me that they close at 4pm. How can the app have the incorrect time unless they are closing when ever they want at this location. The worker did not know when or how I will be getting my refund.
