  someone who came after us got their food first and ordered almost the same thing they said 10 minutes we’ve been here for about 20+ minutes and still waiting

  I will never come here again you don't accept CASH. I can't order food like a normal human and pay for it because I have cash and no plastic. What a joke I drove all the way over here wait to order then go to pay only to be turned away. I have money why am I being turned away. 👎

  My son ordered at this location since it's on my way home from work..upon pick up I asked clearly if everything was in the bag..the cashier said yes. We'll it wasn't we were missing a bag. When calling to complain I spoke to the manager..last name Aguilar. She seemed to dismiss my complain by stating they are training new staff. I totally understand that part. But I did not like her attitude towards my complain. She seemed not to care. I had guests at home and it put a dent on our dinner plans. Pls double check when picking up from this location..since manager does not care if the order is not complete and dismisses your complains.

  This specific location is very poorly managed. I went there to pick up an order at 2 pm on 7/29. The staff ignore the customers. They are talking, giggling, cussing at one another and laughing. I had to wait an additional 35 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. It is concerning to see an entire staff working during a busy lunch shift behaving like circus animals. My teenage son has more class, maturity and respect than they do! I will never go to this location. The customer service is really poor. Their poor attitude makes me concerned about how they handle cooking food for the public. I am very uncomfortable ordering from there and will not go back! I don’t know how this type of behavior is acceptable and by the other reviews I have read I am not the only one saying this! The manager/owner should be embarrassed with how the staff treats the public. They don’t address it or do anything about it. Make sure you contact Corporate and let them know if you have an unpleasant experience with the staff. It appears this is an ongoing issue at this location and the manager/owner does not care that’s why it continues and never improves! There is something wrong with the social skills of the staff that work there and they should not be working with the public! This includes the female who works the front counter during the day and all the kitchen staff making the food!
