  I had one of the worst experiences at this location. It started when I noticed employees inside the kitchen preparing pizza without wearing gloves or following proper hygiene practices. I asked the store manager, Jennifer, who was also the person taking my order, about this issue. She told me that according to new Pizza Hut policies and regulations, employees are not required to wear gloves while making pizza. After placing my order, the order was completely wrong. When I tried to politely explain the issue, Jennifer started shouting in front of my family and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. She even said, “If you want, you can complain to corporate.” This was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience for me and my family. I expect better customer service, professionalism, and hygiene standards from the Pizza Hut location.

  We love the chain, but this franchise location disappointed us. The service and customer experience fell short. They pressure customers to tip 18% on takeout and pickup orders—and seem to delay service if you don’t comply. When did this become the norm in Irvine? ❤️

  Usually a solid spot and I’ve ordered here several times without complaint. But this last order came with what looks like a tampered pie – two slices at the top are cut unevenly and don’t align, as if a slice was removed and the pieces were pushed back together before delivery. Hard to come up with another explanation. The pizza itself tastes fine, and I don’t want to over-dramatize it, but buying food for my family and receiving what appears to be a partial pizza is not something I can just ignore. Would appreciate if management looked into this. May give it another shot but I’d want some acknowledgment before reordering.

  It’s been a while since I have eaten at Pizza Hut, and longer since I have written a review. The food was terrible and gross. Everything was way overcooked, the wings had a few drops of sauce (feels like they forgot about it), and was mostly hard breading. The pizza dough was really flat/hard, and tasteless. As I read the reviews now, it seems like my experience was pretty similar to others.
