  cant understand workers in drive through intercom, curbside pickup takes 10+ minutes, 12am night shift workers are rude and get an attitude with you if you ring the bell for pickup and its not ready. the workers make this place not run as a fast food place every order is a long wait unless you use the app and pick up at drive thru.

  Impossible to watch how they treat delivery drivers. They don’t listen and act like these people are their employees. Condescension is disrespectful and emotional abuse but that’s permissible by the business and its employees. However they have the audacity to demand respect, when they don’t extend it, and post a sign about verbal abuse! If they can’t listen to simple instruction then somehow they’ll understand psychological concepts? This insanity needs to stop.

  All the other McDonald’s I go to never charge me for medium or large cups of water especially since I ordered serveal meals with fries and drinks. But this location wanted to charge me $2.99 for a medium cup of water 👎👎booo

  If I could rate this -0 I would because the experience I had in the drive-through was completely outlandish. The lady over the intercom speaker was so bloody, rude and disrespectful It made my food taste even worse than it was. She kept cutting me off and interjecting before I could even say anything. I was asking a clarifying question and she wouldn’t even allow me to finish to understand what I was ordering. Before I even started to order and I was just asking a question, she Put me on hold. worst Customer Service ever. Then they gave me my food with no napkins no sauces didn’t ask me if I needed anything else just rude and disrespectfu. I will definitely not be back
