  Do your jobs and don’t tell delivery drivers how to do their work. If they don’t ask, mind your own business. Get it through your skulls as a company that they’re not below you, incompetent, or your employees. You have the audacity to demean them. It is disrespectful and unprofessional. I won’t step FOOT into another McDonalds after seeing this at every location I’ve eaten at over the past month. There are better places to eat at than one that disparages others from a place of arrogant superiority.

  Charges the incorrect amount 2/3 times I come here. Always forgetting items in the bag. Always forgets sauces. Things are getting too expensive for what they are.

  Very poor customer service . I politely asked for extra barbecue sauce and offered to pay, but the employee (Leo) treated me rudely, making me feel talked down to and ignored me when I said thank you. I considered asking for a refund but the food was for my kids, so I stayed calm. I later called to report it, but the manager (Gricelda) didn’t seem to care and offered no real resolution. Customer service here needs serious improvement.
