  Great sandwiches but fries are never crispy. Food - For the past 4 years, I have been going to this location about once a week. I always order through the app and use the drive-thru. The boxed sandwiches (Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish, etc.) have always been perfect. They are neatly put together - picture perfect. The wrapped sandwiches (McDouble, cheeseburger, etc) are occassionaly sloppy with the buns misaligned or the ketchup on the outside. This is probably due to the wrapping process, and the sandwiches are otherwise fine. Staff - The staff is also very professional. For these past few years, there was never a mistake on my orders. To some, this may not seem significant, but I have had plenty of experiences at different stores where I realize that I am missing an item after I get home. That has never happened here. In fact, during the past year, I have began adding condiments (ketchup and extra BBQ sauce) to my app orders, and they provide those exactly. When I request 2 packs of ketchup, I actually get 2 rather than handful. Negative - There is one major downside to this store. Almost always, the fried food (fries and nuggets) are not crispy or fresh. McDonald's is famous for its fries. If that is what you are looking for, I would not recommend this location. The poor quality of the fries seems to result from a store practice, not an one-time mistake, because this is what I usually experience. Hope this review helps management and future customers.

  If I could give this place a zero stars I would but unfortunately it does not allow it. Came to this location like any other paying customer but got nothing but a stuck up attitude starting at the ordering spot. Thought maybe it’s just me but nope just got progressively worse. That man with glasses that assisted me had poor customer service, got my order wrong and when I asked nicely if I can get it fixed the man got noticeably annoyed. If you don’t like your job just get another. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but it was the man with the glasses and earring at the drive through window.

  1. Filthy place, floor and bathrooms 2. Always missing food from order, last night I took my food missing 20 chicken nuggets, I found out too late when I got home 3. When going drive thru, if they don't have your food ready they always ask you to park in front of the restaurant which is illegal to park there at the red fire lane, but I guess they have a deal with the police, or they don't want to walk 5ft more to parking spot

  They charge extra for substituting round egg for folded egg here , and their screen doesn't work so you have no idea what you're being charged for.
