  There’s 10 people in line waiting to pick out their donuts with one lady helping them and one lady standing at the register doing nothing. I’m there to order a breakfast burrito so I go to the register and ask for a breakfast burrito. The lady says I have to get in the donut line. I tell her I don’t want a donut but apparently you have to wait in the donut line while 10 people take their time picking them out just so you can tell the donut lady you want a breakfast burrito so the donut lady can tell you to walk to the register to the lady standing there doing nothing All this nonsense for a $20 breakfast burrito? 🤣🤣 Terrible service

  I love Mags. Discovered them when I use to work in the area. I have been going to this doughnut store for almost a decade. I no longer work in the area, but if I have a large morning family event, I will make the drive to have them cater my breakfast/brunch. If I am in the area I will try to pick up a little something for myself/family. Down to brass tacks: Customer Service - amazing. Doughnuts and Coffee - solid. Will keep you lit and wont quit. Breakfast Croissant Sandwich - out of this world. Breakfast Burrito - be hungry because It is large and in charge. Surprisingly BANGING for a doughnut shop. I was going in with lower expectations and that was a mistake because the salsa is so good. I am a fan. The fact that they have an app now is chief's kiss for me.

  Terrible experience at Quail Hill location on 3/14. Store opened about 3 minutes late, when entering they only had like three trays of donuts ready. Made a specific trip as I heard good things about this donut shop; bad experience, get your business practices tighter, you are not "Jim's Donuts", you are supposed to be a high end establishment that also charges accordingly.
