I used to come here constantly before work and finally stopped because this place has one of the most uncomfortable atmospheres I’ve ever experienced at a business. Thomas acts like customers personally offend him for walking through the door. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no basic courtesy — just a miserable attitude every single time. It feels less like ordering a smoothie and more like getting processed at a county jail. I tried being polite for months, tipped well, treated everyone respectfully, and it never mattered. And honestly the problem goes beyond just him. The whole place feels dirty and poorly managed now. The store regularly looks gross, the energy from the staff is awful, and half the employees seem just as checked out and irritated as the manager. For a place serving food and drinks, cleanliness and professionalism clearly are not priorities here. At this point I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if this place got reported to the health department. That’s how downhill it feels compared to how it used to be. Shoutout to the reviewer who originally called Thomas out because they were completely right. Reading that review was the confirmation that I wasn’t the only person noticing how bizarre and unpleasant this place is.

It’s always nice to be helped by someone with such a positive attitude. I ordered the açaí bowl and waffles, and both were delicious. The bowl was fresh and flavorful, and the waffles were perfectly made—definitely a great combo. Overall, the service and food exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back!
