The Peruvian coast is also known for it's specialty drinks such as delicious tropical fruit punches and Peruvian Sangrias, which is what you will find here at our restaurant. Inkas Restaurant Specializes in the best of the best that Peru has to offer, importing all of our herbs, spices, and peppers directly from the source. We are proud of our authentic recipes that have been passed down over three generations in our family. Our menu is made up of an amazing variety of dishes from Peruvian Paellas to home made empanadas, fresh ceviche and more. Our customers often rave about our green sauce and seafood. This restaurant used to be excellent, but their quality has severely plummeted. During my last visit, I ordered the Lomo Saltado, and it was honestly inedible. The beef had dark, unappealing discoloration, a foul, stale odor, and a rubbery texture—I literally had to spit it out. Additionally, some of the onions were completely undercooked and incredibly acidic, lacking that proper grilled preparation. My friends and I used to be regulars here for both lunch and dinner, but this experience was the final straw. I don't know if they changed meat suppliers or are just cutting corners, but it is incredibly sad to see a once-great establishment lose its touch. Save your money; I can no longer recommend this place.
