The Peruvian coast is also known for it's specialty drinks such as delicious tropical fruit punches and Peruvian Sangrias, which is what you will find here at our restaurant. Inkas Restaurant Specializes in the best of the best that Peru has to offer, importing all of our herbs, spices, and peppers directly from the source. We are proud of our authentic recipes that have been passed down over three generations in our family. Our menu is made up of an amazing variety of dishes from Peruvian Paellas to home made empanadas, fresh ceviche and more. Our customers often rave about our green sauce and seafood. - CGChris GalaMay 13, 20265.0Ana is a godsend. After firing our previous Peruvian caterer for lack of responsiveness so close to our Wedding, Ana immediately stepped up to the plate. We were able to get her insurance, a quote and deposit paid within just 2-3 days. Her responsiveness via text gave me the confidence that she was actually going to deliver what she promised. And deliver she did. Our Peruvian guests loved her food and she worked seamlessly with us to abide by our venue's strict outside catering requirements. With so many vendors and even more details to focus on, she made our lives that much easier and less stressful. I knew from having lunch and dinner here a few times that this place was promising, but this was another level of service that most vendors or business partners simply don't deliver. Service with a smile. Long live Inkas 🇵🇪
