  Haagen Dazs has always been on of my favorite ice cream brands and this is the first time visiting a store. They have lots of flavor options, and they are all delicious and creamy. The interior is open and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They also have ice cream cakes available.

  I’ve been a fan of Häagen-Dazs for years, especially their coffee-based drinks and frappes, which have always been some of my favorites. On my most recent visit, however, the drinks didn’t seem quite the same as I remembered. The flavor felt less rich and less pronounced than it used to be. Service was friendly, but a bit slow, and it appeared the staff may have been understaffed during my visit. Overall, it was still a decent experience, but not quite up to the standard I remember from previous years.

  Tried the store special black cherry truflle, pineapple coconut, and a brownie ice cream all were very good..

  I went in a little past 9:30 pm but Enrique made it clear he didn't want to work and said they close at 10 pm (Google says 11 pm). I didn't get a bag or carry container for my order, not even a napkin. Employees like Enrique will be the reason Haagen-Daz goes bankrupt. Handels and even BR does a better job.
