  Nightmare service! This rude lady staff gave me a dirty lid for my $11 ice cream ! Go elsewhere!

  Yesterday I got a caramel cone sundae and what I received looked nothing like what was on the store’s menu panel. The employee preparing it seemed unsure of the ingredients and unsuccessfully tried to recreate the picture without knowing what actually went into it. By the time I received it, the ice cream was already melting, and the final product was nowhere close to what was advertised. See the side-by-side pic showing the advertised sundae compared with what I was served. The difference speaks for itself. If the store displays a specific product image, customers should reasonably expect what they receive to match it.

  Haagen Dazs has always been on of my favorite ice cream brands and this is the first time visiting a store. They have lots of flavor options, and they are all delicious and creamy. The interior is open and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They also have ice cream cakes available.

  I’ve been a fan of Häagen-Dazs for years, especially their coffee-based drinks and frappes, which have always been some of my favorites. On my most recent visit, however, the drinks didn’t seem quite the same as I remembered. The flavor felt less rich and less pronounced than it used to be. Service was friendly, but a bit slow, and it appeared the staff may have been understaffed during my visit. Overall, it was still a decent experience, but not quite up to the standard I remember from previous years.
