It’s quite a turn off for us to experience this multiple times in a short period of time. It’s hard to decide eating el pollo again knowing it could be a disappointment. The burrito was haphazardly thrown together with overloading of one ingredient and lots of juices from either too much salsa or beans. It’s noticeable as soon as it’s unwrapped. The burrito is “loose” and poorly wrapped. The tortilla is soggy and not toasted. 2/3 of the way through it becomes difficult to eat it without creating a mess. I hope this feedback helps improve quality control.
