- KMKarthik MenonJun 3, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with the blatant double standard in customer service at this location. I came in to pick up a two-pizza order. There were two other customers waiting ahead of me, and I watched the employee hand over their food after simply asking for the first name displayed on the tracking screen. When it was my turn, the employee’s behavior completely changed. Despite the screen rules applying to everyone else, he refused to give me my order by just my first name and aggressively demanded my last name as well. This immediate shift in treatment felt targeted, discriminatory, and deeply uncomfortable. The service was so toxic and unwelcoming that I couldn't even bring myself to say thank you. Honestly scared to go to such places so flagging this for my own safety.

He said my order was ready, but then he continued folding boxes instead of giving me my pizzas. Two people who were next to the ready orders continued to stack more pizzas on the shelf without giving me my pizzas. Finally a kid from the back walked to the front, past the other three employees that were not getting my pizzas and got it for me. Felt like some sort of a hidden camera show, except it was real life. I do not recommend this place.
